Itica attended “Outsourcing - Delivering Success 09″, at Central Hall in Westminster on 26 November 2009.  The event focused on the challenges faced by public sector organisations and considered how outsourcing could help meet those challenges.

One consistent message was made by the speakers; outsourcing can be complex and may public sector organisations have little experience, so they should seek assistance from relevant experts to ensure that the outcome meets their expectations.

There were many excellent presentations and “masterclasses”, of particular note was the presentation from Graham White, Director of HR, Westminster City Council, who entertained and challenged in equal measure!
