The Itica process underpins each of our services and ensures that our clients create business value from IT.
This is achieved by placing the end user at the centre of the process, thereby ensuring alignment with the business requirements.
All of our assignments are business change programmes, so our key question is:
- What will the business be able to do differently after the change?
This is not a people, process or technology question, it is a business question.
Will the change:

- improve efficiency?
- or other business improvement?
We always establish the real business benefit of any change as part of the Discovery stage of the process.
